We can ship next day anywhere in the State of Florida. For most other states, 2-day shipping is standard.
We ship via UPS with signature required as chain-of-custody is needed. These packages cannot be left at the door because porch pirates will steal them, and then we have to involve the police.
If we ship to your address, most deliveries will occur between 12 and 8 pm. Someone over the age of 18 must be there to sign (doesn't have to be the patient).
Alternatively, we can ship directly to UPS Access Points, where the package is stored in a secure environment and released only to the name specified on the package. If desired, the name can include a spouse, such as "Ryan or Jenny Smith."
Shipping is a flat $19 fee. For expedited shipping through UPS, we will charge the UPS fee.

Thrive Pharmacy does not accept insurance
We tried years ago, but most insurance companies refuse to cover compound pharmacies (because too many bad actors ruined it for the rest of us). Applying is also costly, and given the inevitability of denial we have decided not to attempt any longer. Now we are licensed in many states and every state has its own set of plans (i.e. United Healthcare in GA does not apply to United Healthcare coverage in NY). We are happy to provide a pharmacy receipt that you can submit to your insurance company with hopes of reimbursment.
We accept HSA/Flex cards, yet not all of them work. We do not know why. We are always willing to try, though.
However, our troches are very affordable! We have not raised prices since we opened in 2018, as many other pharmacies have chosen to.
